AV GROUP NEWS
NEW AV GROUP FORMED
The Committee has decided to set up an Audio Visual (AV) Group in the Society to enable the Society to enter the various inter club competitions currently organised by the FSLPS and KCPA.
The AV Section will be headed up by Mick White and to start the process off Coombe Woods through the Seasons has been chosen for the coming year.
It is intended to portray this garden through the seasons. Members are invited to attend the Garden from 10:00 hrs on the first Saturday of the odd months and the first Sunday morning of the even months. Thus the next and last visit Saturday 7th November 2009. The November session is the last planned shoot for this year long project. For those who do not know this place, the entrance is in Conduit Lane (where cars may be parked) which is a turning off Coombe Lane and almost opposite Oaks Road which connects to Shirley Road. For more information visit:

Of course there is nothing to stop members visiting the Garden at other times.
Mick White will be collecting members' pictures and, with his team, putting the AV together.
Other themes may be developed as the Society gains experience with AV's
A leaflet is now available giving further information and details of the format to be used by members wishing to contribute pictures to the AV's.
